Billabong Air and Style 2011

Over 11000 spectators were cheering at the soldout Bergisel Stadium.
They got worth for their money, because the first ever Cab 1440 Double Cork was pulled off that day!
The winner of the Billabong Air and Style is called Mark McMorris from Canada. He conquered first place with a Cab 1260 Double Cork. Second place was for Peetu Piroiinen with 88.67 points, and the bronze medal was for the Austrian Werner Stock, with 83.67 points. The one who stomped the first ever Cab 1440 Double Cork was Sage Kotsenburg from the USA. The Norwegian Torgeir Bergrem won the Rookie Challenge ahead of Patrick Burgener. Both claimed a spot in the top 16. Third place was for Jamie Nicholls. The afterparty was hosted by top DJs and live acts from Pennywise and Jan Delay.
